Convergint is seeking a full-time Electrical Installer to join our culture of growth and exceptional service. You will install, program, start-up, and train customers on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects, typically small to medium in scope.

You’ll read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and collaborate with a team to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and a proactive approach to learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of construction plans and electrical drawings.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude with common hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, system start-up/check-out, certification, and related customer training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects.
• Work on small to medium projects with guidance, expanding to larger scopes as needed.
• Deliver assigned projects effectively within budgeted cost and time schedules.
• Read and interpret system plans and blueprints; ensure proper wiring and labeling.
• Perform other duties as required.
