Job summary
Dematic is seeking a Mechanical Installation Manager to lead full lifecycle installation activities for the Lifecycle Solutions and Services Modernizations and Upgrades group, from pre-quote support to commissioning of small to mid-sized projects.
You will lead field resources, subcontractors, and installation teams while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to Dematic standards, coordinating with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and customers to deliver on time and within
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Experience with material handling systems required.
- Experience with AGVs, AS/RS, and conveyors strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead field resources, subcontractors, and installation teams to meet project milestones.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and customers.
- Plan and manage daily/weekly installation activities to ensure on-time completion.
- Oversee pre-commissioning, cost reviews, and bid package preparation.
- Drive safety, quality, and compliance with Dematic installation standards.
