Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Installation Manager for the Lifecycle Solutions and Services Modernizations group. You will lead field resources, subcontractors, and installation teams, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across projects.

The role requires 25% travel, on-call duties, and flexibility to support off-shift and weekend work. Base pay ranges from $113,600 to $170,400 with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Experience with material handling systems; AGVs/AS/RS preferred.
• Strong leadership and a safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and mechatronics pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Perform cost reviews, budget tracking, and financial reporting for installations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers, and customers.
• Ensure adherence to Dematic safety, quality, and installation standards.
