Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Electrical Installation Lead – Power Distribution & Infrastructure to drive installation of electrical power systems for automation and material handling equipment across multiple fulfillment center sites. This role focuses on heavy wire pulls, conduit and raceway systems, control panel placement, and high‑voltage terminations in complex industrial environments.

You will manage installation crews, ensure NEC/NFPA compliance, coordinate with engineering and site leadership,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
3+ years in industrial electrical or mechanical systems.
Experience leading electrical device installation crews.
Experience reading device layouts, I/O lists, wiring diagrams.
Travel up to 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical installation crews for MHE power distribution across NA facilities.
Coordinate conduit, raceway installation from MDPs to subpanels and equipment.
Oversee wire-pulling activities including 480V three-phase feeders, verify routing and installation.
Coordinate control-panel placement and mounting per drawings.
Verify cable trays, junction boxes, pull boxes, and wireways installations.
Inspect grounding and bonding connections for compliance with NEC/NFPA and project specs.
Ensure proper wire terminations, torque values, and labeling at connection points.
