Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Electrical Installation Lead – Power Distribution & Infrastructure to drive the electrical power systems installation for automation and material handling equipment across multiple fulfillment center sites. Lead crews, manage conduit runs, 480V feeders, and panel placements while ensuring NEC/NFPA compliance and schedule discipline.

Qualifications

Experience in fast-paced automated industrial environments.
Experience leading electrical/controls installation crews.
Ability to read and interpret device layout drawings, I/O lists, wiring diagrams, and control panel drawings.
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically; travel may exceed 50% on short notice.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical distribution installation for MHE systems and supervise field crews.
Coordinate conduit/raceway installation from MDPs to subpanels and equipment.
Ensure safety, NEC/NFPA compliance, and adherence to project standards.
Read and apply engineering drawings; document discrepancies and redlines.
Coordinate daily activities with mechanical, controls, and operations teams.
