Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Electrical Installation Lead – Power Distribution & Infrastructure to drive the installation of electrical power systems for automation and material handling at multiple fulfillment center sites.

This field-based role manages installation crews responsible for conduit, MDPs to subpanels, and high‑voltage terminations in complex environments, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, automated industrial environments.
• 3+ years in industrial electrical or mechanical systems.
• Experience leading electrical device installation crews.
• Ability to read and interpret device drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of 24VDC control systems and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical installation crews for MHE power distribution.
• Coordinate conduit, raceway, and heavy wire pulling to subpanels and equipment.
• Verify NEC/NFPA compliance and Amazon standards during field installs.
• Collaborate with controls engineering and vendors to resolve field issues.
• Maintain field documentation, punch lists, and turnover records.
