Job summary

Ritch Electric Company is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join a team delivering residential and commercial electrical services. You will assist lead electricians, gain hands-on experience, and learn to troubleshoot under supervision.

You will build skills in wiring installation, equipment maintenance, and reading blueprints while upholding safety standards and quality workmanship expected by our customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively to clients about issues and provide accurate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial electrical equipment and services.
• Determines general condition of all electrical equipment, can troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs.
• Works with and understands blueprints, electrical schematics and job specifications as it applies to your craft.
• Identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.
• Learn to accurately present repair and install electrical equipment per NEC and local safety inspections.

JOB SUMMARY
