Qualifications

• Possession of a Maine Master Electrician’s License.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Experience with inspections, investigations, and testimony in formal proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical inspections to ensure National Electrical Code compliance.
• Investigate licensing and safety violations and take corrective action.
• Prepare inspection reports and testify in administrative, civil, or criminal proceedings as needed.
• Advise on hazards, safety precautions, and compliance to stakeholders.
• Review plans to ensure code conformance before occupancy.
