Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead and direct electrical workers on systems integration projects and electrical panels in the shop and field. You will plan construction activities, supervise schedules, and coordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain progress and quality.

Requires 5+ years of electrical field experience and field supervision. OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical field experience.
• Field supervision experience.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct electrical workers on wiring, terminations, I/O connections, and troubleshooting.
• Plan project execution, scheduling, manpower, and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers and trades to prevent delays and resolve conflicts.
• Review daily reports, ensure QA/QC and housekeeping standards are met.
• Train electricians and helpers to meet project requirements.
