Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical crews on systems integration projects and in shop/field panels.

You will plan layouts, supervise wiring and terminations, coordinate with project managers and trades, and ensure safety, QA/QC, and on-time delivery. OSHA 30 preferred; 5+ years in electrical field experience required. You will train crew, manage materials, and review daily reports while building relationships with owners and general contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical field experience.
• Experience supervising field crews.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct electrical workers on wiring, terminations, and testing.
• Plan construction activities and schedules with management.
• Coordinate with project managers and trades to resolve conflicts.
• Review progress and ensure QA/QC and safety standards.
• Maintain weekly work plans and field reporting.
• Procure wiring, parts, and materials for projects.
