Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on electrical and/or HVAC maintenance experience.
- Ability to diagnose and repair common electrical/HVAC issues.
- Ability to read/interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Experience with electrical testing instruments and HVAC diagnostics; safety-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems district-wide.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment including rooftop units and air handlers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Read electrical and HVAC diagrams and apply safety procedures.
- Maintain documentation of work orders and materials used.
