Job summary

RK is seeking an HSE Superintendent–Electrical in Denver, CO to lead site safety across electrical construction projects. You will work with field teams, management, subcontractors, and clients to strengthen safety, reduce risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role calls for 5+ years in construction safety, electrical experience preferred, and a Bachelor’s in safety or related field; Journeyman license or ability to obtain is a plus. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field and safety experience, with electrical construction experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Electrical safety experience preferred; Electrical Journeyman License preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead RK’s health and safety programs in alignment with federal, state, customer, and company requirements.
• Support safer jobsites through inspections, safety surveys, corrective actions, and consistent follow‑up.
• Advise HSE leadership and project teams on compliance, prevention strategies, site‑specific safety plans, and safety supply needs.
