IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, Inc., seeks a full-time Electrical Helper in Richmond, Virginia.

The role assists licensed electricians with tasks, mounts and installs conduits and wires, and supports material handling under supervision. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of electrical experience, OSHA 10 or ability to obtain, and the ability to pass background and MVR checks when operating vehicles is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months recent electrical experience.
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain.
• Pre-employment background check and MVR check where operating vehicles is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists commercial Electricians by performing various tasks and material handling.
• Mounts and installs conduits, wires, and strapping as directed.
• Assists in wire pulls and other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Works from ladders of all types.
• Follows safety policies and procedures; travel may be required.
