Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time Electrical Helper in Williamsburg, VA. The role assists commercial electricians, mounts and installs conduit, wires, and strapping as directed, and supports wire pulls under supervision.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of electrical experience, a high school diploma or GED, and OSHA 10 or the ability to obtain it. Travel may be required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assists commercial Electricians by performing various tasks and material handling.
• Properly mounts and installs assigned work conduit, wires, and strapping as directed.
• Assists in wire pulls and other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Works from all types of ladders.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
