IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time Electrical Helper in Richmond, Virginia. The role supports commercial electricians with installation, material handling, and conduit work, with travel likely.

Qualified applicants will have at least 6 months of electrical experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and OSHA-10 or the ability to obtain it. Background checks may be required before starting employment.

Qualifications

• 6 months recent electrical experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assists commercial Electricians by performing various tasks and material handling.
• Properly mounts and installs assigned work conduit, wires, and strapping as directed.
• Assists in wire pulls and other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Works from all types of ladders.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
