Ting Labs is seeking an Electrical Hazard Support Representative to assist homeowners when Ting detects an electrical fire hazard, combining customer communication with technical troubleshooting. You will analyze Ting data, guide customers through established troubleshooting steps, and document findings to support hazard investigations, working remotely with flexible hours.

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret information and follow troubleshooting procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for high-volume interactions.

• Willingness to learn new technical concepts; prior experience in customer service or tech support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical troubleshooting and data analysis of electrical monitoring data.
• Customer communication via phone, text, and email to guide troubleshooting.
• Interpret graphical data to recognize hazard signals and patterns.
• Assist engineers with investigations; collect info and follow up.
• Maintain detailed notes to support ongoing investigations.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to investigate hazards.
• Participate in ongoing training and process improvements.
• Work remotely with rotating schedules; some travel for training.
