The role blends customer communication with technical troubleshooting, analyzing Ting data, and guiding users through established procedures.

You will work closely with engineers, document findings, and support investigations while maintaining clarity and organization in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical information clearly.
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret data and identify patterns.
• Excellent organization and documentation for high-volume interactions.
