Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an electrical harness engineer to own end-to-end harness design for rugged defense platforms. You will design, fabricate, and integrate harnesses, generate block and wire diagrams, and support production release while collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and software teams.

The role requires 3+ years in harness design, NX/Cabling experience, and the ability to read wire and block diagrams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on harness design for rugged applications.
• Experience with 3D routing in NX and Capital Harness.
• Ability to read and generate 2D CAD formboard drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate and integrate harness systems end-to-end.
• Develop harness diagrams and release for production.
• Support design reviews and supplier interactions.
• Ensure electrical requirements: voltage, current, EMI/EMC, topology.
