Job summary

AWS is seeking an Electrical Hardware Development Engineer to contribute to next-generation cloud infrastructure hardware from our Arlington, VA lab. You will drive system-level hardware architecture decisions, support new product introduction, and collaborate with FPGA/firmware teams to define interfaces and requirements.

You will work with world-class engineers in a multidisciplinary product development environment, participate in design reviews, troubleshoot prototypes, and mentor others as

Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Experience in motherboard design, PCB design including schematic capture, stackup and circuit board layout.
• US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.

Responsibilities

• Participate in system-level hardware architecture decisions and technical requirements.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) processes with Senior Hardware Engineers.
• Partner with FPGA/firmware teams to define system interfaces and requirements.
