Job summary

MasTec, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Helper IV to install electrical systems on job sites under the supervision of Journeyman and Foreman. Expect long days, safety-focused work, and travel up to 90% to project sites.

The role requires 3–4 years of related experience and NCCER certification is preferred. Compensation is $44 per hour with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Understand basic electrical systems (low and high voltage).
• Be able to read and interpret project documents and procedures.
• Commit to safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities

• Install Raceway Systems to meet project production standards.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install conduit and supports.
• Pull wire through conduit and connect wiring to fixtures and equipment.
• Install small electrical equipment and supports.
• Attend safety meetings and complete safety paperwork daily.
• Demonstrate safety as a top priority.
• Maintain neat, safe, and compliant installations.
