CEC is seeking a Foreman to be the first line supervisor for crews installing, altering, adding and repairing electrical systems on construction projects. This safety sensitive role requires coordinating with multiple trades, planning work, and ensuring timely material, tools, and manpower delivery on site.

The ideal candidate will have a Journeyman Electrician License (TX or reciprocal), a minimum of six years in commercial/industrial electrical work, and a proven commitment to safety and

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver's License and own reliable transportation.
• Excellent working knowledge of the Building Codes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to pass drug and background check.

Responsabilités

• Supervise field trades on an electrical construction crew or project.
• Coordinate with other contractors and trades on site to ensure smooth workflow of projects.
• Lay out work for subordinate lead persons and ensure material, tools, equipment, information and manpower are available.
• Manage schedules and man-loading charts; support Project Manager with timelines.
• Direct electrical installation of feeders, pumps, motors, switchgear, relays and panels; lighting and outlets.
