Traveling Electrical Foreman - Construction

Join one of the biggest and most respected electrical contractors in the country where safety, long-term growth, and our people are at the forefront! We have a strong pipeline of industrial projects and need traveling foremen for various sites nationwide. We are seeking experienced field management professionals.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate electrical field crews of 20+ members
2. Manage project scope, budget, and schedule
3. Handle material management, coaching/mentoring, and layout planning
4. Prioritize safety for all field crew members

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License is a plus or willingness to obtain one
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in the electrical field
• Project history showcasing electrical project experience (highly preferred)
• Willingness to travel

Compensation and Benefits

• $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr plus weekly per diem (based on experience)
