CoVolt Power in Iowa is seeking a field-based Electrical Foreman to support solar field construction and the electrical scope. The role involves hands-on installation, trenching, wiring, terminations, and coordination with crew members to safely deliver projects on time.
Candidates should have GED or equivalent, ability to lift heavy material, work outdoors in varied weather, strong teamwork, and prior solar construction experience preferred. Training others on underground work is expected.
