CoVolt Power, a leading solar, BESS, and HV infrastructure contractor, is seeking an Electrical Foreman for field-based work on U.S. project sites.

The role focuses on supervising electrical scope and delivering safe, high-quality installations on schedule. The ideal candidate will supervise crews of 10+, interpret drawings, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety plans in all weather conditions on site.

Formación

• GED or equivalent education.
• Solar construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and take feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field crews to install and test electrical components.
• Oversee DC/ MV trenching and cable installations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production reporting on site.
• Coordinate with project teams and supervisors for daily tasks.
• Document field decisions and production tracking.
