Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience managing electrical scopes on large construction projects.
  • Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
  • Experience leading crews of 5+ electricians.
  • Large-scale commercial and/or multifamily residential project experience.
  • Healthcare or data center experience preferred; strong NEC knowledge.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred; can be obtained after hire if needed.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foremen to support large-scale construction projects across Virginia. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing electrical field operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

As an Electrical Foreman, you'll lead electrical crews, coordinate with project leadership and other trades, and play a key role in the successful execution of multimillion-dollar commercial construction projects. You'll also have access to industry-leading technology, including a company-issued iPad and smartphone, as well as customized leadership and technical training.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Electrical Foreman, you'll be responsible for leading the electrical scope of large commercial construction projects while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Leading electrical crews of five or more electricians
  • Managing daily manpower, materials, and field operations
  • Coordinating closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other trades
  • Driving project schedules while maintaining quality standards
  • Promoting a strong safety culture across the jobsite

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years managing electrical scopes on large construction projects
  • Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license
  • Experience leading crews of 5+ electricians
  • Large-scale commercial and/or multifamily residential project experience
  • Experience with healthcare or data center projects is highly preferredStrong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • OSHA 30 Certification (preferred; can be obtained after hire if needed)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
