Design Electric is hiring an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead field teams on commercial and industrial projects. This is a working leadership position for someone who can turn project plans into organized daily work, develop electricians and apprentices, and take ownership of jobsite performance. This position requires at least six years of verifiable commercial and/or industrial electrical experience, including demonstrated experience leading electricians, apprentices, or electrical crews.
This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have hands-on commercial or industrial electrical experience and be prepared to discuss the crews, projects, and electrical installations they have led.
As an Electrical Foreman, you will oversee daily field operations while working closely with the Superintendent and project leadership to complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.
