Job summary

APIC Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on electrical construction projects across New Mexico. You will ensure jobsite safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with project teams and subcontractors.

The role requires travel, strong leadership, blueprints reading, and hands-on oversight of crew of 4+. Competitive compensation with travel and logistical support to maximize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• EE98J certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of Foreman experience.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to travel.
• Strong electrical construction knowledge and leadership skills.
• Professional communication skills.
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lead crews of 4 or more persons in a positive manner.
• Must be able to read blueprints and work with an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct electrical crews
• Enforce safety policies and quality standards
• Review timecards and monitor job productivity and costs
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Coordinate with general contractors and customers
• Provide 3 week look ahead to project team
• Possess an in-depth understanding of project scope, specifications, and schedules, managing any deviations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
