Qualifications

• EE98J certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of Foreman experience.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to travel.
• Strong electrical construction knowledge and leadership skills.
• Professional communication skills.
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lead crews of 4 or more persons in a positive manner.
• Must be able to read blueprints and work with an iPad.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct electrical crews
• Enforce safety policies and quality standards
• Review timecards and monitor job productivity and costs
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Coordinate with general contractors and customers
• Provide 3 week look ahead to project team
• Possess an in-depth understanding of project scope, specifications, and schedules, managing any deviations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
