Job summary

APIC Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our Electrical Construction division in New Mexico. You will execute high-quality electrical installations in line with NEC, blueprints, and engineering specs across NM project sites.

The role requires travel 50%+ across locations, mentoring apprentices, strong communication, and safety discipline. OSHA 10, NM license, and valid driver's license are required; a growth-focused, collaborative team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid New Mexico Journeyman Electrician License (EE98J).
• OSHA 10 Certification (or able to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and vehicle liability insurance.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations in full compliance with company standards, engineering specifications, and NEC.
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment at all times.
• Read, interpret, and work from blueprints and technical specifications.
• Manage and mentor electrical apprentices, demonstrating leadership and technical expertise.
• Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Apply detailed knowledge of materials, equipment, and installation techniques to achieve quality results.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and industry advancements.
• Travel to job sites (50%+ travel required) across multiple New Mexico locations.
