M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a diligent Electrical Foreman in Tysons, VA to plan, organize, and schedule crews for high-quality electrical installations. You will monitor safety, quality control, and documentation, including as-built drawings and tool inventories, while ensuring compliance with project plans and QA/QC procedures.

The role requires 6+ years in electrical work, 100% travel, and a strong focus on safety, organization, and leadership across multi-site deployments.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry.
• 4+ years of experience with an Associate degree.
• 100% Travel Required.

Mansioni

• Plan, organize and schedule crews to complete work orders.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure high-quality installation.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and update master records weekly.
• Inventory tools and equipment; ensure accountability and safe storage.
• Ensure safety compliance and incident reporting as required.
