Job summary

Power Design seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive projects to on-time completion. You will leverage technology (iPad, phone) to coordinate with the project team and trades on large-scale electrical work.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supervision, active journeyman or master electrician licensure, and solid NEC knowledge, with strong writing and communication skills to document progress and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• At least five years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and trades, managing materials and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company tech (iPad, smartphone) to ensure timely, quality work.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate crew on designated scope.
