Job summary

Power Design is seeking an electrical foreman to lead project teams on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across our electrical installations in San Diego and other sites. The role emphasizes leveraging mobile technologies (iPad/smartphone) to manage scope, schedule, and output while mentoring crew members.

Ideal candidates bring five or more years of supervision on multimillion-dollar electrical contracts and hold a journeyman or master electrician license, with solid NEC

Qualifications

• Requires active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Solid knowledge of the NEC and local codes.
• Minimum five years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with management of material and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize technology such as company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees on designated scope.
