Encore Electric, Inc. in the Salt Lake City area is seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise apprentices and Journeymen on large-scale commercial projects. You will lead crews, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This role reports in the field, develops teams, coordinates with trades, and supports mentoring and ongoing education. The compensation includes a sign-on bonus, competitive hourly rate, overtime eligibility, and merit-based raises, with full benefits and in-house training.

Qualifications

• Supervise Foreman, Journeymen and Apprentices on site.
• Lead crews installing raceways and wiring.
• Mentor and train apprentices and journeymen.
• Promote safety, quality and productivity.
• Coordinate with project team and other trades.
