Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing/trade background.
• Experience supervising skilled trades and coordinating maintenance work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and schematics.
• Familiarity with SAP PM for documenting repairs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel.
• Train staff and ensure adherence to procedures and drawings.
• Manage manufacturing, installation, and testing activities with budget awareness.
• Document repair history in SAP PM and ensure traceability.
