Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience as an electrician or similar role.
• Completed apprenticeship program in electrical work.
• Electrician Journeyman license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Electrical Technicians for tasks related to electrical work.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems for compliance.
• Repair or replace defective electrical components and wiring.

Skills

Strong understanding of electrical systems

In-depth knowledge of electrical codes

Proficiency in reading electrical schematics

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure

Education

High school diploma/GED or above

OSHA 10 certificate

1+ year of supervisory experience
