Essential Duty Requirements

Ability to communicate with others including Clients, Project Managers, and field staff.
Be able to keep track of multiple jobs at one time.
Time management and record keeping.
Thorough knowledge of the practices, methods, equipment, materials, and tools of the electrical trade.
Thorough knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the work and demonstrable commitment to safety.
Ability to supervise the work of skilled workers.
Considerable knowledge of the National Electrical Code for electrical installations.
Ability to interpret and work from instructions, penciled plans and sketches, submittals, specifications, and blueprints.
Ability to estimate sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining labor, time, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
Flexibility, able to adapt and comply with Company/Client requirements.
General understanding of other trades to coordinate/schedule installation of electrical work.
Ability to work with and interact with other trades.
Has a desire to learn and develop within the role.
