Job description
Work with Project Managers, Customers and other types of management to plan, organize, and direct the work of job crew employees daily
Maintain familiarity with plans, specifications, and job folder contract scope
Plan layout and installation of same in accordance with job specifications
Attend coordination meetings as required and provide necessary information
Receive and review weekly job assignments
Complete a detailed list of all required materials, tools, and manpower for job assignments and communicate requirements with the direct Project Manager
Assist in the monitoring and documentation of the progress of the job using appropriate forms and procedures as directed by the Project Manager.
Provide workforce with current and accurate information as generated by the Project Manager, including RFI's, memorandums, and any other forms of communication devices
Assist in the communication of company policies and procedures to the job crew
Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Codes as needed
Order daily materials as needed for your work area and follow up on backorders as necessary through the Project Manager
Monitor and track employee work time as necessary and assist Project Manager and workforce in the proper coding of time cards as required
Be available to the team for any questions regarding tasks being performed
Ensure the job site is properly cleaned up at the end of each workday
Ensure compliance with all job safety standards established by all regulatory agencies
Responsibly manage assigned truck, tools and equipment
MUST HAVE:
Experience in supervision of installation, alterations, additions, and repairs of industrial electrical systems.
