Jobtailor in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Lead Electrician Supervisor to lead and mentor field crews across multiple sites. You will plan labor, manage resources, and ensure adherence to code, safety standards, and client specifications while coordinating with project managers and other trades.

Travel may be required for assignments ranging from one month to over a year; you will leverage Procore and BIM tools, drive productivity, and contribute to a strong safety culture on every job.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited electrical apprenticeship with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
  • OSHA 10 certification required.
  • Active electrical license (Journeyman license may be required based on work).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Employment is contingent upon passing a drug test and background check.
