Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee field crews on a flagship Mission Critical Data Center project in San Antonio, TX. The role requires strong leadership, safety discipline, and hands-on supervision to ensure tasks meet drawings, specs, and quality standards.

The candidate should have at least 7 years of commercial electrical experience, with data center or mission-critical project exposure highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of commercial electrical experience required.
• State Journeyman or Master Electrician license where applicable.
• Data center or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise journeymen, apprentices, and helpers on active data center projects.
• Coordinate daily work, manpower, and priorities based on the schedule.
• Enforce safety, productivity, and quality across crews.
• Mentor field personnel and ensure proper task execution and growth.
• Read and interpret drawings, specs, and schedules; coordinate with site teams.
• Track daily manpower, production, and material usage; report constraints.
