Job summary

HRCP seeks a Construction Supervisor to lead on-site crews on the I-64 Hampton Roads project in Virginia, ensuring progress and quality.

You will assign daily tasks, monitor hours, coordinate with subcontractors, and uphold safety and DOT standards throughout the workforce.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a construction supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and DOT standards.
• Able to communicate effectively with workers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all crew members on a construction site and oversee daily assignments.
• Monitor progress, certify hours for payroll, and delegate tasks to crew and subcontractors.
• Hire, orient, train, and evaluate crew performance; manage promotions and transfers.
