Job summary

Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations, ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction on multimillion-dollar projects. You will work with the project team, oversee material and manpower, and leverage technology (iPad and smartphone) to deliver on time and beyond expectations.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, NEC/code knowledge, and a clear career path with procurement and training opportunities at our St. Petersburg facility.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and other trades, managing materials and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Use company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely completion and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on designated scope.
