Job summary

Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead on multimillion-dollar electrical projects. You will work closely with the project superintendent and trades, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery while leveraging technology like iPads and smartphones to maximize efficiency.

The role requires at least five years of leadership experience, a journeyman or master electrician license, and solid NEC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC and local codes.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with the project superintendent and trades, managing materials and manpower.
• Ensure high quality and safety standards are enforced on site.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to track progress and meet customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate crew working on the designated scope.
