Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee on-site electrical operations for commercial, industrial, and healthcare wiring.

You will supervise journeymen and apprentices, read blueprints, enforce safety rules, manage materials, and coordinate with general contractors to ensure safe, timely, and code-compliant project completion. The role requires a CT E-2 license, a valid driver’s license, hand tools, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Supervise journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings and specs.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and safety policies on site.
• Order, track and allocate tools and electrical supplies.
• Monitor project progress to stay on schedule and budget.
• Ensure all work meets NEC and quality standards.
• Coordinate with general contractors and other foremen.

Responsibilities

• Direct crews on daily electrical tasks.
