Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking an Experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial, industrial, and healthcare wiring projects in Connecticut. You will balance hands-on electrical work with supervision, scheduling, and crew training to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires a current CT E-2 license, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. You will coordinate material orders, review blueprints, and work with general contractors to keep projects on time and within NEC standards.

Experienced Foreman Electrician wanted.

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and organized Electrical foreman for Commercial/Industrial/Health care Wiring.

The Electrical Foreman oversees daily on-site operations for electrical projects. This role balances manual electrical labor with supervisory tasks like scheduling, coordinating materials, and training crew members. The foreman manages a crew of electricians to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to electrical codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Crews: Direct journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
• Read Blueprints: Interpret schematics, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure Safety: Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Manage Materials: Order, track, and allocate tools and electrical supplies.
• Monitor Progress: Keep projects on schedule and within budget limits.
• Maintain Quality: Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Coordinate Trades: Collaborate with general contractors and other trade foremen.
