Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial/industrial health care wiring projects across multiple CT locations. The role blends hands-on electrical work with supervision of journeymen and apprentices to ensure safe, compliant, on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a CT E-2 license, a valid driver’s license, and has strong skills in reading blueprints, coordinating materials, and enforcing NEC standards. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current CT E-2 license or license equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Hand tools required and used on site

Responsibilities

• Supervise journeymen and apprentices on daily tasks.
• Read schematics, construction drawings and specifications.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Order, track, and allocate electrical supplies and tools.
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure all work complies with the NEC and electrical codes.
• Coordinate with general contractors and other trade foremen.
