Job summary

Pacific Network Solutions seeks an Electrical Foreman to oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality control, and adherence to project specifications. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality electrical work on construction projects.

The candidate will supervise crews, manage reports, and coordinate with customer representatives while promoting continuous learning and safety.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
Expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety.
Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
Proficiency in reading CDs and RF data sheets to implement plans.
Knowledge of AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile standards.
Valid driver’s license; CDL advantageous.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders.
Pre-employment drug and background checks completed.
Local to the market.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations at assigned sites, ensuring schedules and specifications.
Supervise electrical crew and coordinate tasks.
Ensure safety and quality control requirements are met.
Create material lists to complete scope of work.
Coordinate with customer representatives for site activities.
Provide leadership and training to crew members.
Operate and transport material, trailers, crew members daily.
Maintain equipment and vehicle safety.
Willingness to travel as required.
Other duties as assigned.
