Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
  • Expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety.
  • Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reading CDs and RF data sheets to implement plans.
  • Knowledge of AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile standards.
  • Valid driver’s license; CDL advantageous.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders.
  • Pre-employment drug and background checks completed.
  • Local to the market.

We are seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality control, and adherence to project specifications. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality electrical work on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to
  • Oversee daily operations at assigned sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
  • Complete daily reports and send in closeout documentation such as set screen shots, asset photos, closeout photos, redlines and azimuth reports.
  • Supervise electrical crew to ensure daily construction goals are met, including coordinating tasks and providing leadership.
  • Ensure safety and quality control requirements are met at all times.
  • Create material lists to complete scope of work.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives for site-related activities, maintaining positive relationships.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to all crew members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Safely operate and transport material, trailers, crew members, etc on a daily basis.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety requirements of equipment and vehicles at all times.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for job assignments.

  • Comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as Company safety policy, enforce safe work practices, and proactively identifies and remedies worksite hazards.
DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Work performed at significant heights, requiring ability and comfort with climbing towers, lifting heavy equipment, and working in elevated positions using climbing gear and safety equipment.
  • This position operates at professional construction sites, requiring the ability to communicate verbally with others on site, in person and over the telephone, ability to read printed materials, signs and directions, stamina to maintain attention despite interruptions, ability to lift, climb with, push, pull, carry, handle or feel objects, supplies, tools, machinery and/or controls weighing up to 50 pounds and reach with hands and arms; climb stairs, ladders and/ or towers; balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift overhead, traverse around sites, in the air, or otherwise position one's self around the required work and safety requirements to navigating and perform activities on various construction sites in a safe manner.
  • Will be required to work on project sites and operate vehicles, trailers, machinery, equipment, and other tools within local, state, and federal safety guidelines.
  • This position operates in a professional field environment. The position requires working outside, frequently for extended periods of time in all weather, including extreme hot and cold temperatures, wind and rain.
  • While working, the employee might be exposed to various chemicals, vapors, pollutants, virus or other air-borne pathogens, gases, uneven surfaces, loud noises, moving vehicles or machines and dust/debris.
EXPECTED POSITION HOURS
  • This is a full-time position. Overtime may be required as job duties demand, and with prior approval.
  • Must be able to work weekends, overnight, out of the market or away from home and willingness to travel overnight as work demands.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and Work Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.
  • Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reading, understanding, and constructing according to Construction Drawings (CDs) and RF Data Sheets to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
  • Expertise in both AC and DC distribution systems.
  • Knowledgeable with AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile standards.
  • Skilled in installing service panels, DC power plants, RF cabinets, battery's, grounding and site alarms on a cellular site.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and compliance with company motor vehicle policy.
  • Ability to create a safe work environment with acceptable quality and efficiency.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teaching and training proper work and safety procedures.
  • Physical capability to lift and manipulate items weighing 50+ lbs.
  • Comfort and competency in working from ladders and other elevated positions safely.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug (including marijuana) and background screening.
  • Local to the market.
Certifications, Licenses, and other Requirements
  • Minimum age of 21 years old.
  • Mandatory possession of a current valid Driver’s License; CDL is advantageous.
  • Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Ability to be covered by company auto Insurance.
  • Successful completion and clearance of a pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and background check.
Pay Range

$30.00 - $36.00
