Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on electrical installation, maintenance, and upgrades in a commercial/industrial setting. You will supervise Journeymen, Apprentices and Helpers, reading blueprints, detailing material needs, and coordinating with other trades.

The role requires strong leadership, safety awareness and the ability to maintain quality and schedules on demanding projects in Texas. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Able to lead, mentor and coach a crew of five or more electricians.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and project documents.
• Communicates with other trades and coordinates assignments.
• Understands construction schedules and safety requirements.
• Willing to learn and use BlueBeam/Navisworks for project plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets the highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and job demands.
• Help achieve production and budget goals through effective communication.
• Ensure crew work complies with local codes and NEC.
