Job summary

Kidwell seeks an Electrical Foreman in the Lincoln area to lead on commercial and multi‑unit residential projects. You will oversee on-site teams, plan tasks, and ensure safe, high‑quality installations.

Applicants should have a State of Nebraska Journeyman license and a track record of running large jobs, with strong organizational and communication skills and a drive to develop staff.

Qualifications

• Journeyman license required in Nebraska.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Passion for growing a skilled on-site crew.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and delegate tasks to apprentices and journeyman on the jobsite.
• Train and develop staff on jobs to create competent and capable teams.
• Coordinate with Project Management on change orders, purchasing, RFIs, and other tasks.
• Predict staffing needs with Field Personnel Director.
• Work from drawings and blueprints to optimize materials and labor.
• Manage changes to keep projects on budget and schedule.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with general contractors and other trades on site.
