Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Excellerate Apprentice I near Pittsboro, IN, to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.

You will work under supervision, learn conduit bending, wire pulls, and raceway installations, while adhering to safety standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship and 0–25% travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; enrollment in Electrical Apprenticeship-Level 1 if applicable.
• Travel 0-25%.
• Work hours 5am–6pm, Mon–Fri; may include nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and provide basic troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Install electrical raceways and wire, lighting, controls, machinery, and distribution equipment under supervision.
• Demonstrates appropriate skills of a First Year Apprentice.
• Install and bend conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Performs wire and cable pulls.
• Wiring incl. stripping, splicing two wires, installing switch/receptacle, drawing three switches to control one light.
• Know types of anchors, supports, and proper installation.
• Use tape measure and level accurately.
• Assist with material handling on the jobsite.
• Provide technical assistance to other apprentices as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
